MATCH RECAP: LA Strikers With a water-logged pitch due to a broken sprinkler, the game between the 1st and 2nd place teams had to be moved to tight and narrow field. Tustin took the early lead, but the Strikers answered with Kenny Takaki's free kick goal. In the second half, Tustin scored again, but once again, the Strikers fought back and tied the score with 15 minutes to play. Kenny Takaki beat his man on the left wing and crossed the ball for Brian Bertotti to head home the final goal. The Strikers go into the first round of the League Cup in December unbeaten in 7 games of league play with 4 wins and 3 ties.
